Today we are covering dental health and we welcome Don Kapper as our guest to the course.  Don will be answering nutrition-related questions in the “Week 2 guest speaker” discussion area.  If you haven’t already done so, please post your questions.  Don is a long-time and experienced equine nutritionist with experience in many sectors of the horse industry, and a special consultant along with previous lecturer to the veterinary program at Ohio State.  So, make sure you take this opportunity to ask your questions about nutrition of the racehorse as it applies to keeping the gut healthy and happy!
