Cancellation and Refund Policies

Registered participants who wish to withdraw from a course must inform Equine Guelph in writing. Refunds, less a $25.00 administration fee per course will be issued provided written notification. In order to receive a refund less a $25.00 administration fee per course, an e-mail submitted to [email protected] must be received by end of business day (EST) on the Friday prior to the commencement of the course. Personal Considerations

Equine Guelph will consider granting considerations due to personal situations on an individual basis. Please contact your instructor to discuss as soon as a situation arises that may affect your ability to complete your course or contact 519-824.4120 ext. 54205 or by email at [email protected]

Cancelled Classes

Equine Guelph reserves the right to change or cancel a short course at any time.  When it is necessary to cancel or postpone a course, we will make every effort to notify all participants.  It is important that you provide your home and business telephone numbers and email address when registering.  In such cases, the paid course fee(s) will be refunded in full.
