Hi Everyone,

We are now in week 5 of the course, and just wanted to be sure that everyone is keeping on track for time.  You should be finished or well into Unit 4 by this week, and have completed Units 1, 2, and 3.  So, if you are a bit behind, do not worry but rather just try to find more time to complete your activities to catch up in order to keep yourself on track.

I am also pleased to announce that Susan Raymond will be joining us next week to talk about Fire Prevention in the barn, keeping yourself and your horses safe, and dispelling some myths along the way.  Pop quiz:  When a barn is on fire, go in and blindfold the horse to get it out.  True or False?

This week I will hold virtual office hours on Wednesday, April 12th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., so for any that would like to join this optional time for a chat, ask questions, talk about careers in the industry or more, do join me!
