Hello and welcome to Equine First Aid.
We are so happy to have you with us – joining our Horse Portal.
I’m Susan Raymond, the course facilitator. Dr. Laura Frost is our course instructor.
The online environment is the classroom. I will be using the announcements to communicate with the class. Please make sure you check for new announcements each time you log onto your course.
Our Equine First Aid course is 1 week with 7 units. Each day equals 1 unit (Monday through Sunday).
For those who are new to The Horse Portal, please take a look at this short welcome video that will introduce you to the Portal and its features!
Today – I suggest that you familiarize yourself with the course. Read the course overview, outline and bios for our instructors and guest expert. Today we begin with unit 1.
