This past year has been hard but through the turmoil there has been some silver linings – as illustrated by presenters in the video of the final day of the Equine Industry symposium 

Equine Guelph also had much to be thankful for in the past year, with our amazing partners and supporters pivoting with us to offer educational programs pertinent to the extraordinary times we are living in and many free resources throughout 2020.

And of course there is the financial aid first from Ontario Equestrian’s For the Herd emergency fundraiser first initiated by Jen Sweet’s Helping the Schoolies fundraiser, and most recently from the Government of Ontario investing up to $3 million through the Equine Hardship Program .

We want to know your personal stories of gratitude whether it was a silver lining from the past year, a story of how horses have helped you get through tough times or perhaps how you or someone you know has helped horses.  We know our Equine Guelph students and followers have applied what they have learned to help horses in so many ways– share your stories, spread the love.
