I finished a short course, but I did not receive a certificate – what happened?

To complete a short course and receive your certificate, each lesson must be marked as “Complete” by clicking the “Mark Complete” button.  This must be done for all lessons of the course.  Go to the course home page, and review the lessons to ensure each one has been marked as complete.
